  1. Even as a Type 1 (insulin-dependent) diabetic, I find IF do-able. But my HbA1C never improves … and yes, I eat keto. Have done for 20 years. Any advice from other diabetics?

  2. Kind of confused. To cycle in and out of fat burning, does that mean we should NOT be on the keto diet? For the sugar burning stage, how do we get there if we're on keto?

  3. My question is, I have a friend that has always had health problems such as inflammation, sinus issues, and has always struggled to gain weight, as he is underweight . Would fasting be the key to his health, but he doesn't want to loose weight…what is recommended?

  4. There was a time when even climbing a few stairs left me out of breath, and I felt ashamed of how far I had let myself go. I tried so many quick fixes, but nothing worked until I committed to small, steady changes every day. The journey was tough, but worth every struggle. I would also like to thank AuraqlineHealing for being part of my inspiration to keep moving forward. Now I feel healthier, stronger, and proud of the person I’m becoming.

  5. Hi there. I've just read your book 'Fast Like a Girl'. Just wanted to clarify what you mean by tea and coffee. I presume when fasting I leave out milk? If so, I would probably not have my usual black tea. Is it ok to drink herbal teas? Or am I better just sticking with water.
Your book is brilliant btw. I'm one of many women who are post menopause and have steadily gained weight. Particularly in the last couple of years since I've retired. Just easing into fasting and have just done my first 17+ hours fast. But may have spoiled it drinking tea and coffee with milk. Advice please. Thank you ❤

  6. Really good video. I had a bit of problems understanding. So should i krep changing the hours i fast every day for best results. Could u give me a small example on text please. So should i fast 16 hours one day and then the next day 8 hours then the next day 24 hours

  7. These are all things I knew. I would add avoid medication, unless it’s absolutely necessary. Doctors will talk to you into taking drugs that make you fat, especially perimenopausal women and antidepressants. Then they’ll try to prescribe Ozempic! Which you’d have to stay on your whole life and doesn’t work for everyone.

  8. Ive read your book, and I followed your guidelines. I was able to lose 15 of my stubborn 25lbs. but then holidays happened. But i'm back here again because now I know its possible. Ive shared your book and videos with friends and family also. Thank you for all you've done for us.

  9. I haven’t found this has worked for me at all. I can go on a 36 or 42 hour fast with virtually no weight loss at all. And I am strict in the fast with no cheating. It’s very disappointing

  10. I’ve started OMAD and the weight is coming off! Working toward my first 36. I do a daily coffee enema for detoxing my liver. I love doing all this to heal my body and keep it doing what it was created to do! I have a lot of inflammation so I’m hoping the 36 will cure that.

  11. I’ve been doing the 23/1 fast for 2 months & my manger asked how much weight have I lost as she was so impressed. lol I’ve actually gained weight. As soon as I eat everything I lost comes back. I have struggled with binge eating disorder so it’s not as easy for me as everyone else who eats like a bird 😪

  12. Do you end up yoyo effect with intermittent fasting? I do 3-4 weeks fasting by my cycle, loose 4 kg and binge for 2 weeks and put back 4-5 kg. Just don’t know how to stop that binge 😢

  13. how do you find out your ovulation schedule if you you use antipregnancy methods? like a coil? with the coil i dont have periods so dont have a clue when my ovulation period is. how do i find out please?

  14. Guys…cut out processed food and sugar…eat less..sleep well manage stress as much as you can…exercise few times a week and you will lose fat and you will sustain it. Massage your tummy for blood flow….36 hr fast is not sustainable eating one day and starving for 24 hrs the next is not sustainable….

  15. 1 vary your fast ie. ‘metabolic flexibility’. Sugar burn then fat burn. Open up detox pathways.
    1. Vary fast. In and out 15 hrs one day, then next day 8 hrs, then no fast, then 24 hrs
    2. Make sure you can go without food. Body needs to learn to burn its own fat.

  16. I intermittent fast and I eat pretty healthy overall during the holidays I’m cheating of course but overall I eat very healthy organic food.
is cheese acceptable to include in my diet?
