If your stomach looks soft or flabby , even when you’re not overweight, the problem may NOT be body fat. It’s something called fascia.
Fascia is a connective tissue layer that wraps around your midsection like a built-in corset. When it weakens or atrophies, your stomach can look loose — even if you’re dieting or doing hundreds of crunches.
The real solution? A cross-body tension exercise that activates your deep core and tightens your midsection from the inside out.

This exercise is great! What is a good exercise to remove crazy skin from thighs and arms🎉
you can also use the Gua Sha all over your body to tighten fascia
OK, Dr. Berg it’s now September 11, 2026 and I’m going to do it for the first time. Well, technically it’s after midnight on the 10th so anyway I’ll come back in two weeks if I remember.😅
I have a distended stomach from a bad pregnancy. Nothing can help me.
Interesting
Thank you ! 🐞
I noticed I do something similar to that. It’s a bicycle and you can actually fill it like on the side. You’re two muscles on the side and then I do the 6 inches off the ground for like over trying to get to two minutes. I haven’t did it in a while, but I can feel the center part tightening up when I do that.
Anyone with loose skin from being an obese with subcutaneous type of fat had try these?
Cool. I think I can do that…🎉🎉
What about the fascia on the back of arms? Cant move it simultaneoulsly in opposite directions
im starting tonight 🎉
Awesome 👍
Ok Dr Berg Challenge accepted!! I will start tonight and be back in a few weeks with updates 😊
Fasha Masha? Austin powers 😂😂😂👌
Interesting, thanks!
If a dead bug starts moving like that, do we call it a zombie bug?
Great advice, can even watch TV while you do it.
Dead bug, russian twist with a dumbbell, planks, a few others I forgot the name of….no situps…no carbs initially….it works…I've run over 75K miles over 25-30 years….it didn't tighten my core like these simple excerises…..
He doesn’t charge for an answer and tells the truth, NATIONALTREASURE and HERO!
