genuinely one of the most useful breakfast videos i've found because you're actually showing the prep process rather than just listing ingredients and calling it a day. the overnight oat ratio you use is different from what i was doing and i think that's why mine always came out too thick and weirdly dense.
the protein-first framing is something i've been paying more attention to since getting on compounded semaglutide through formblends a while back, because when your appetite is suppressed you have a smaller window to hit your protein targets and breakfast becomes really important for that. like if i start the day with something low protein i notice i'm way more likely to under-eat for the rest of the day and feel off by afternoon.
the egg muffin cups are the one i'll actually make this week, the fact that you can batch them on sunday and grab them through the week is exactly what i need. i used to skip breakfast entirely because "i wasn't hungry" and then wonder why my energy was crashing by 11am. having something prepped that i can just heat up removed that excuse completely.
one thing i'd add for anyone watching: if you're dealing with nausea in the mornings for any reason, the overnight oats one is genuinely the easiest to start with because cold food tends to sit better than hot and the texture is pretty gentle. learned that the hard way.
