Do you want to know 3 tips to increase your metabolic rate for better fat loss?
Saturated fats like caprylic acid and lauric acid are thermogenic and can increase your metabolic rate. One of the best fat loss foods that contains these two fatty acids is coconut oil. You can cook with it or eat it straight.
Now, this mineral is essential for muscle contraction, nerve function, and blood clotting. It can also increase your metabolic rate too – It’s calcium. Foods high in calcium like raw dairy are thermogenic and despite what people say, can help you lose weight – it’s gotta be raw dairy though. Pasteurized won’t cut it.
So when sodium intake is low, metabolic rate and heat production decline faster. But increased sodium intake will actually activate heat production and can even decrease body fat over time.
Here’s an animal study that compared low salt diets to a normal control diet.
The low-salt rats also had lower energy expenditure – meaning they were burning fewer calories and using less energy – Their livers were making more body fat and they were storing more body fat in general.

I like that you educate people about the dangers of processed food. This is great and quite true. However, I would caution against some definitive statements, particularly concerning saturated fats. This is not the consensus in science. I am not a nutritionist, however I am a researcher that investigates toxicants associated with processed food.
Love the video, keep

Interesting about the salt, been eating way more salt lately. Been enjoying it and wondering about how salt in the diet could affect the microbiome? Could more salt in your diet allow for more microbes to a certain point too?

I am unable to have dairy and have been searching to find other healthy ways I can get my calcium as there are many vegetables fruits and foods I’m unable to consume
Wow so much nonsense in one video. There is no food that increase your metabolism. Especially not coconut oil!! It is saturated fat which is proven to be strongly associated with heart disease. It is high in calories there is no magic! If you consume more calories than you need you will gain weight. No magic food can beat that. Eat balanced. Do resistance training and sleep well. That's the secret.
Proving something with an animal study is one of the lowest methods to prove something in the medical/ nutritional field. If you really want to prove a point you must look at RCT in humans!!! Metabolism anal, reviews. Not data from rats. They are not humans so you can't prove anything until you prove the same results in humans. Please be cautious and aware of all this misinformation
Sodium is salt? I heard it can increas hypertension
Coconut oil is terrible for you.
