The optimal manner to lose weight effectively will always be the combination of a plant based nutrition with the regular internal use of castor oil. Empty and cleanse not only your bowels and your body but your mind and your spirit too, this one well known in Asia in China, India, Iran, Japan and on the Philippines, in Africa in Ethiopia and in the countries south of the Sahara, in Central and South America and in the Caribbean too by taking regularly early in the morning on an empty stomach 1-4 tablespoons (15-60 ml) castor oil. Unfortunately since some decades the most countries of Europe will no more know anything of the internal use of castor oil; exclusively in Russia castor oil is well known under the Russian term „Рициновое масло“ (Rizinovoye maslo) and widely used as a laxative.
The majority of the women has a tortuous colon (redundant colon), so they will need a larger dosage castor oil for an effective bowel cleansing. To avoid the high viscosity and the bad taste of castor oil drink your dosage castor oil in a cup with hot milk. Requirements: Your gall bladder should be intact and you may not take any antihistamines.
By swallowing castor oil you will remark the following benefits:
1) Cleansing the bowels from all the waste deposed there.
2) Cleansing the human body via the liver from the toxins deposed there.
3) Cleansing not only the mind but further the spirit.
Concerning point (2) you should further know upon the following assignments of the Chinese medicine:
a) skin –> bowels
b) eyes –> liver
In contrast to all the direct working laxatives becoming habit-forming castor oil works indirectly by activating respectively synthesizing certain substances in the human body; so after even decades any habituation to the regular use of taking castor oil internally will be absolutely impossible.
So, don't forget: Taking castor oil 3 days the week neither a doctor nor any pills you need.
My biggest weight was 175 pounds and my goal weight is 125 pounds. I’m currently around 150 pounds. I have put myself on a calorie deficit and I’ll be doing 15k steps minimum everyday. Like this comment for an update.🎀👏
I DON'T UNDERSTAND
🤔
This better help
I'm used to starve myself and eat and drink only before going to bed and still never could come below 49 so that made me so frustrated
guys is it that bad if i never snack like i literally don't even crave it
You explained this really well. SlimAveris talks about the same thing, making weight loss more about habits than random strict diets.
You made this sound so simple, and that’s exactly why I liked SlimAveris when I read about it.
I like that you’re not pushing extreme dieting. That’s what I noticed with SlimAveris too, it feels more balanced.
This was actually helpful. I saw something similar in SlimAveris about food, routine and staying consistent.
Good point, especially about not overcomplicating it. That’s what made SlimAveris stand out to me too.
This is the kind of advice people need more of. SlimAveris also explains why sustainable weight loss makes more sense.
Great video honestly, this is why I like SlimAveris too, it explains weight loss without making it feel extreme.

This video is actually useful, not just another weight loss trend. SlimAveris explains it in a similar realistic way.

Really good breakdown. It reminds me of SlimAveris because it focuses more on lifestyle than just “eat less”.

Love how realistic this video is. SlimAveris has that same vibe, more structure and less panic dieting.
