Weight Loss Mistakes: Don’t Do This

Weight loss, fat loss, and healthy weight loss aren’t just about drastically cutting calories and increasing cardio. One of the biggest weight loss mistakes is focusing only on the number on the scale without considering whether you’re losing body fat or muscle.

Are you losing weight but feeling weaker?

When you drastically reduce your calorie intake and increase cardio, you might see the number on the scale drop. But that doesn’t necessarily mean you’re only losing fat.

You could also be losing muscle, especially if your calorie restriction is too aggressive and you’re not giving your body the nutrition it needs.

❌ MISTAKE #1: Cutting calories too aggressively without considering muscle preservation.

❌ MISTAKE #2: Increasing cardio drastically while neglecting recovery and nutrition.

❌ MISTAKE #3: Relying on creatine, BCAAs, or extra protein to compensate for an ineffective training and nutrition strategy.

✅ THE TAKEAWAY: Sustainable weight loss should focus on reducing body fat while maintaining muscle, strength, and overall health.

Supplements cannot replace proper nutrition and effective resistance training.

Don’t just focus on losing weight. Focus on what you’re losing.
