  1. At 63 , I've lost almost 30 this year with 5 or 6 to go, has taken this long! After menopause its even slower going! Not just the metabolism, but i can't work as hard on work outs , with arthritis etc , I'm in a good bmi, and waist measurements, but my lean out has taken quite a slow down , zero loss this month , 30 min cardio 5x a week, weights 3x a week, core 2x a week

  2. I can't keep off the 49 pounds lost that took me 3 years to lose!
Back on the stupid journey! I keep bouncing up and down by 6 pounds. It's MADDENING!!! I am 68, 5'1" trying to get to 150. I would be ecstatic to reach 150. But then will be the real battle. Can I stay there!? Why is this so hard? Thank you for sharing and being honest.❤

  3. Girl, wait until menopause hits you like a train with no brakes!!😩 Dont mind what people say, they're not you!! Everyone's body is different!! Congratulations, I think you did great, and still dping great!! You owe nobody any explanations!!

  4. OMG! That heaping spoon of PB could add an additional 200 +calories. It is so easy to exceed your maintenance calories, if you slack off too much or too often. I think those who question why you need to continue measuring and being mindful of your calorie intake, ether hasn't struggled with their weight most of their lives or they haven't, yet, lost all their weight and kept it off for years.
**I continue enjoying your videos and appreciate all your grocery hauls and have tried many of your fantastic recipes. Thank You. 😋 🇨🇦 💕

  5. Maintaining is definitely harder! I lost 40 pounds (a lot of a 5 foot female) Maintained for 10 years rather easily and then I lost my special needs daughter. I’m already back up 20 pounds in 3 years 😭
I barely have the will to survive, let alone motivation to lose it all over again😢

  6. Thank you. Maintaining is the hardest and it's so important. That's why a lot of people gain all their weight back plus more. I lost 70 lb several years ago and gained it all back, even though I said I never would. I am now in the process of losing weight again. Thank you for all your helpful advice😁💜

  7. Have you tried reverse dieting? Needing to be in a deficit a long time after doesn’t make a lot of sense. Do you weight train? I’m brand new to your channel so apologies for not knowing your back story

  8. Losing is one thing. Maintaining is a whole other ballgame. Your body fights you every step of the way. I lost 100 plus pounds via bariatric surgery 8 years ago. Took me about 14 months to lose it. I have kept it off for over 6 years. It is a never ending battle. It is like any success. It must be maintained. And that is where the REAL work comes in. I am 63, btw.

  9. Girl this is amazing I feel the same I was a ballerina we starved ourselves before the proformance now trying to help my daughter hey iam active in my 60 keep going u 2 are awesome

  10. It's been 9 years 151 lbs lost naturally as you know with portion control/exercise and I totally agree it is NOT EASY to maintain, it's harder, because it's long term its day in day out.❤ it will always be work mad props to you both, YOU GUYS AS YOU KNOW, INSPIRED ME TO KEEP GOING, AND THAT WAS 9 YEARS AGO, AND HERE I AM, STILL GOING STRONG THANK YOU! ❤ALWAYS APPRECIATE YOU BOTH SHARING THE UPS AND DOWNS, IT HELPS PEOPLE! ❤

  11. Hi Nicole and Kyle. You share the best advice! I want to acknowledge how much you’ve done. Sharing your wisdom and experiences inspiring others to keep pushing forward on their own journey.❤

  12. From what it sounds like to me especially with you saying you're constantly hungry, probably most of that is because you still consume a good amount of ultra-processed foods in your diet and you're still not eating enough real whole foods, especially healthy fats and protein.

  13. Great video. I'm also short and stalky too, and I have a big appetite. As I write this, I'm fighting being hungry as I am saving my calories for dinner (I did have healthy snacks a few minutes ago). You have done great and will continue to do so. 😊

  14. This couldn’t have come at a better time I have a challenge now in my life where I cannot lose weight and it has been difficult for me. I had lost 30 pounds since January. but I know I can keep going

  15. Girl I dropped 150 lbs and gained 100 back. Now I’m working hard at losing again. Your channel has been a godsend because we fall off and get back up again. Maintenance is hard. It’s a lifestyle change and many people forget it. You got this.

  16. Nobody is perfect, but with your guidance and meal ideas, weight loss has become so much easier! You have changed what I saw as a "diet". This is a way I could eat forever, honestly, and that's what matters. You and Kyle are complete inspirations to people like myself. I'm also short and stalky just like you and you've given me hope. ❤

  17. I lost 90lbs and kept it off 3 years. Then real life stress hit hard and over 2 years gained back 30#. Lost 5 but I have been stuck for so long now and those stressors are not decreasing and this time is so much harder. The biggest thing though is that feeling hungry all the time stinks, so that hit home and it was great to hear that I’m not the only one.

  18. I still yo yo a little at times, so it's always gonna be something I have to keep in check, for sure!! BUT, you're doing great, you both look great!! Gotta stay positive and try to get into the mindset of not thinking about food all of the time, if that's possible. Not sure how to go about that tho!!

  19. @NicoleCollet 🥇❤️ FIRST COMMENT AND FIRST LIKE Hey Bud how are you❌⭕️❌⭕️ I just got in my exercise. I just finished walking for an hour with ankle weights on.
