  1. Crunches definitely burn calories and hence fat, not because they're crunches, but because Work Done (Energy Spent) = Force × Distance. Even the human body can't beat this equation. If you want to lose weight, burn more energy than you take in every day.

  2. Just say from the beginning what the answer is, its frustrating to just point out what is the wrong answer or answers, then say the benefits of what is the answer and in the end provide the answer. I don't know if you do this for publicity purposes but it's a lame method for achieving higher publicity

  3. Ok, but in another video you said the “Dead Bug” was the best exercise for a flat stomach? Mate im confused, and think you’re aim is just to spew out a quantity of posts.

  4. I went from 184 lbs to 127 lbs after intermittent fasting. Protein from 100% grass fed beef /wild caught sockeye salmon and pastured eggs and fiber and all berries and vegetables.

  5. All you have to do is eat healthy – moderate carbs, protein and fat and exercise (the best exercise is the one you do consistently week in week out year in year out) that’s it! Don’t listen to the know it alls with their low carb, keto, fasting windows. Just eat healthy and move and go love a happy life.
