What kind of protein powder?
Can I use coconut yogurt instead?
I bought grass-fed whey protein isolate, sugar-free and with no additives. The result? Just four months after surgery for fibroids and polyps during menopause, my endometrium thickened to 10 mm and my estrogen spiked to 70. My gynecologist explained that they contain tyrosine, and bad estrogens which are extremely dangerous in cases of estrogen dominance. After completely eliminating them with a ketogenic diet, my endometrium returned to normal. Women with estrogen dominance must absolutely avoid them.
has this helped with vaginal itching. ?? I need extreme help. No doctor has been able to help me. I don't wanna take pills. Please let me know if anyone thats reads this comment. Please reply back. please. I need ideas.
How long do you stay full? 53g? Is that daily? And I thought 12g of protein was enough.
I'm a bit confused, I thought Dr Haver usually promotes having no more than 30 gm of protein per food serving…? But this shake has 52 gm
Thanks for the recipe Dr. Marypaue ❤

Now freeze in popsicles and make a nice yogurt pop to eat on a hot summers day. Seriously, do it. If you can't drink that entire smoothie at once, eat ti through out the day.
How about fats?
Dr. Haver, would you share what exact protein powder you use?
don't blend fruit it's very unhealthy, eat the fruit whole. Blending destroys the fibre and makes it digest much faster spiking glucose
