  1. Ladies, if you’re over 50 and struggling with stubborn belly fat, YOU are not alone. This video shows exactly what I eat in a day to stay slim, energized, and confident at 56 💪💃
👉 Question for you: Have you ever tried intermittent fasting or low carb? Did it work for you, or are you just getting started?

  2. Every time I need to get back on track I eat breakfast at 7-7.30 am, lunch around noon and then only water or tea without any milk or sugar or anything. That works the best for me. This method is so easy for me. I am aming for Autophagy, and fasting around 18 hours each time. Fasting gives cells time to repair and recycle damaged components. This may reduce the risk of age-related diseases.

  3. I like tried the scrambled egg with cottage cheese, love it, im on moujaro and struggling with eating anything so it's my protein go-to, i like the shakes and chocolate balls to 😊

  4. Brilliant Sally thank you so much! I’m Loving my wobble board! It’s such fun I don’t mind using it every single day. Will get some protein powder too I think as I love a smoothie. Very easy meals to make too. I very often have scrambled eggs for breakfast (or porridge) so can deffo do that. Thank you. ❤

  5. I’ve lost my few extra pounds by throwing out the granola and low fat cheese, they were my downfall.
I now have hot water and lemon to start my day around 8am but still have my 3 cups of coffee before 2 o’clock. I drink lots of tonic water and keep sliced lemons and limes in the freezer which I add.
I have a yoghurt around 12.30 with berries and an apple or other fruit, never grapes ( little bags of sugar) I then around 3,30 have a salad of cucumbers tomatoes peppers (sometimes add prawns) squeeze of lemon .
I’m pescatarian so dinner is steamed fish with veg and or salad followed by a treat which is a twister ice lol 45 cals, oh and those tiny boxes of raisins during the day occasionally.
I always take 2 BLOATBURN CAPSULES after my final meal which is before 7 pm and that’s it other than tonic .
BLOATBURN has stopped all my cravings for chocolate and snacking after dinner.
I have the odd g&t if I’m out but not often.
I have also started BETTER ME Pilates programme which I love , I’m now into my second month of that and have toned up so much.
I’ve always weighed around 8-2 stone but with menopause (I definitely blame that) I went up to 8’10
I’m back to my 8 stone now.
Hope that helps other ladies out there. ❤

  6. Hii Sally great video! I just wanted to ask if having dark chocolate in the evening can cause sleep issues due to the caffeine content in the chocolate? Also, do you have the chocolate ball recipe? They look incredible! x

  7. I hope these tips help someone. I haven't used creatine but I tried all the other tips. Intermittent fasting (10 am -7 pm), breaking the fast with lemon water, extra protein, low carb (I even tried no carb (did have veggies) but my body didn't like that), no refined sugars and usually no sugar except whole fruit, lots of water, walking, pilates, meditation, stress reduction breathing, (probably something else I'm missing) but nothing worked. I was doing most of that before, but Menopause gave me an extra 15 lbs, hair loss, and a belly I can't get rid of. I'm on HRT that helped other symptoms and some weight loss, and dr. said my thyroid was fine and I'm healthy. I'm at a loss and ready to give up, especially with the hair loss. (Yes, Ive tried all kinds of supplements and vitamins and no, it doesn't seem to be genetic.) Thanks for "listening".
