  1. In theory, losing body fat is pretty simple. But let's not forget that simple doesn't mean easy. This video covers 5 steps I recommend you take if you're starting at 35% body fat (or higher) and you want to get a leaner physique at 15% body fat! -Mario PS. After you finish this video, check this one where I cover what it really takes to get below 20% body fat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5TNMuPSwYM

  2. Can’t believe I let myself get here.. I was 12% body fat in 2020 and had abs. Now at 33 I made so many excuses to allow myself to get here. Dexa scan came back at 36% bf

  3. splitting up into milestones is the most logical advice i have heard on this subject. people underestimate how difficult getting to 15% body fat is. Its like wanting to bench 315. it doesn't happen overnight.

  4. I'm sorry butt muscle is heavier than fat so what you're saying basically is if you lose muscle, your weight will go down a lot faster than if you lost fat also if you lose fat butt gain muscle the weight on the scale is not going to change but you'll be healthier so I would not listen to a f**** word this guy is saying it's all bulshit

  5. You wont lose lean mass as you come down? Even if you maintain the muscle this equation assumes 100% fat loss. Realistically 25% of your weight loss will be lean mass. 225 lbs 35% bf. You need to lose 50 lbs of FAT to get to 15% and your total weight loss will be that + 25% which would be 60-65 lbs TOTAL which takes your goal weight to more like 160.

  6. The issue here is that if you took the 20-30% BF dudes and added 10lbs of muscle they would look a lot better and most men wouldn't care if they had that BF if they had proper muscle to go with it. That's the confusion I see in modern day standards. Of course if they had more muscle the actual BF percentage would go down but I think you get my point. It's hard to maintain 10-12% BF as you get older but it's not hard to maintain 20% and gain more muscle and actually feel good!

  7. Question? I have lost 52ish pounds in 4 months. In these last 4 months with calorie deficit of less then 800 calories a day, running at least 2-5 miles a day and boxing class for an hour everyday Monday thru Friday. I was 245 now I’m 193 what should I do now to get me from 193 to 160?
