About the video:
15% body fat is an excellent goal when you’re looking to get lean for the time. This is especially the case if you’re starting overweight at 25% body fat or above 30% body weight. When you get below 20% body fat, you get the majority of health benefits from being leaner. From a visual perspective, the physique will look great, you’ll get rid of most belly fat, and you’ll be able to see some of your abs as well.
And in this video, I go over the timeline and how long does it take to lose weight for someone starting at 200 lbs at 25% body fat to get to 15% body fat. I go over exact weeks and months, how to calculate your fat-free mass, how to estimate your body fat percentage, and the most common mistakes you need to avoid on your fat loss journey. If you’re looking to lose fat, this video will help you understand what to expect and how long it takes to see results.

Correct me if I'm wrong. He needs to lose 24 LBS of FAT not weight to get to 15% body fat percent given everything else muscle/bone stays the same.
👀
In short, prepare for months and months of suffering in exchange for little to no gain.
In the US Army 30 days eating 1500 calories, more protein and fat than carbs. While doing pull-ups and squads 😂😂 on the 4th day you might get a headache 😅
Be careful people with too rigid of a diet and training trying to get to 15%. I was 26% and went crazy and was down to 15% in nine weeks. That rapid loss caused gall bladder issues, and I began to have random stabbing pains behind my ribs. Do it slowly and safely.
I hit the like button 2 times to burn extra calories
i believe im sitting at around 20 percent but i have alot of loose skin from losing 8.5 stone but im 83kg right now and i seem to completely plateau at this weight, im not comfortable cutting more food out of my diet as i want to stay healthy (im eating 1600 cals a day) and adding more exercise doesnt seem to be the answer either, im honestly driving myself up a wall trying to dip to that 15 percent mark.
67 yo 12% body fat. Lifted heavy (Compound exercises, no bodybuilding) my entire life.
In 3 months I went from 200lb 22% fat to 189 13.7% fat. I lost 18 lb fat and gained 7lb muscle. Im feeling pretty good and I want to keep going but im a little burnt out so ive been cheating alot lately. I'm also still hitting personal records so I know my body is not done packing on muscle while dieting and loosing fat.. I'm just tired lol
Not as simple as that,he might be putting on muscle mass at the same time, weight can be irrelevant
6-10 months, if you want to take a moderate approach that you won’t hate. If you want to be miserable and take an unsustainable approach that you will probably never try again, 4 months.
I’m going to cut from 26% to 15%, 1/2 of my half tissue gonna get decimated like the black plague by the end of this year. Anything is possible, just gotta keep it slow n steady
If your sleep is not on point you arent just gonna start dropping muscle dude
to compicated
bioimpedence scales can also be very far above actual body fat. they are not accurate. if you have more or less muscle than the average person at your weight they don't get close to the correct body fat percent.
I pray 🙏 to God everyday for patience. I just wish he would hurry up and give it to me. 😮

Ive been dropping weight now for around 10 weeks and doing light workouts. I can't see much difference but my waist is down 11cm and my chest is up 3cm, my strenght is REALLY up, total bodyweight is down 5.5kg. Yeah ive been pretty athletic before (so I know how to, and have muscle memory thank you my younger self) but now im 37 and felt like it was time to stop walking around with 15-20 extra kilos of fat. These video was a good watch to remember myself that it takes a long time to get rid of it.
