If you are in #perimenopause , I already know your body is probably SUPER inflamed! 🥹
Perimenopause inflammation can look/feel like…
👉🏻 Puffiness in your face
👉🏻 Water retention in your abdomen, arms, & legs
👉🏻 Joint pain
👉🏻 Bloating
👉🏻 Weight gain (especially rapid weight gain)
👉🏻 Swelling in your ankles, feet, wrist, & hands
Sound familiar? 🥹 The good news is, If you have gained weight rapidly, there’s a pretty high probability that a good chunk of your weight gain could be caused by inflammation, water retention, & poor lymphatic drainage!
Let’s discuss some of the primary culprits for perimenopause inflammation…
👉🏻 Elevated cortisol levels: Hormonal fluctuations during perimenopause are notorious for triggering nervous system dysregulation which will cause your body to produce more cortisol. (Refer to my last video for more info on cortisol regulation)
👉🏻 Estrogen dominance: Estrogen dominance happens when your estrogen-to-progesterone ratio gets thrown out of whack. Estrogen is a super hydrating hormone, but it relies on progesterone to help keep it in check. Progesterone is usually the first hormone that starts to decline during perimenopause, which can result in estrogen dominance. Now we have excess water retention and not enough progesterone to help balance it out. This can cause puffiness & bloating throughout our body! 🫠
👉🏻 Poor Lymphatic Drainage: The lymphatic system depends heavily on the balance of estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol, and when these shift, drainage and fluid regulation can become impaired.
So you can see how perimenopause really is a recipe for inflammation! 😩
The tips in this video have been extremely beneficial for me during my perimenopause journey, but the biggest game changer for me was working to heal my nervous system & getting my hormone levels back in check! 🙏🏼

HRT made the difference between functioning or not!!
Can you share how HRT helps prevent the weight gain and or promote weight loss ? And what you take or more about HRT? The more informed we are, the more we can better direct our health. Love your videos!! Thank you!!!!! 🙏 😍
Should have kept the weight 😭😍
I’m totally straight but I have to say that both photos you look absolutely voluptuously huggable
I love my vibration plate and dry brushing, though some people are also misdiagnosing lipedema as obesity and being overweight.
I like how she look before and after. I'm a brother so I like em thick in the waist pretty in the face. So she straight.😊
K. I love you! Thank You for this 🙏🏽💖
What a trip. I noticed that when I wear my tight leggings, I feel better and bloat less.
When I saw MD on the shirt I was waiting for the marketing of some type of drug, glad I was wrong.
You do realize your full name is in your shirt right? Hmmm if I was a creep you’ve made it really easy!
I love this doctor! She is so Human!
I liked you in your before pic
You look so good before
What do you think about rebounding for lymphatic drainage?
Respectfully, NGL, you had curves in nice places when you were heavy 😳
Thanks
What would happen to those on hrt if they suddenly became unavailable
48 year old here in full blown Perimenopause 🙋🏼♀️ I ballooned up to 194 lbs this year 😳 finally decided to do something about it mid June of 2025 and got on a GLP1 in addition to birth control for my hormones and today I am now in the 130’s! Perimenopause is a beast, but I’m taking my health back and taking back control over my body 💪🏼
Thats not how it works😂 this is misspeading😂 weight is only diet😂 calories in and out. Inflammation is a misconception pushed and actual inflammation is a by product of a poor diet.
195 was better
Very helpful thank you!!! ❤❤❤
I would like to know, how to legally acquire at least a 1/4 of your energy levels! Please. Pretty please with a cherry on top.
(Right, I'm off to bed again. Writing that was exhausting. 😴)
Yep i noticed how puffy I was and how it all went away after I got treated.
At first I couldn't figure out why you still looked kind of heavy after releasing so much weight. But you just got a big chest and athletic body and maybe you're short. But you definitely don't look old enough for menopause.
Thank you for the helpful information.
I’m gonna wear headphones and get acquainted with my hubbie’s compressor for the vibration, the other stuff is manageable too. Just use what you have ladies eat more natural/organic/know the source of your foods and research and get several opinions from professionals before starting HRT. I like that perhaps I’ll shed a few inches from tweaking my habits. Thank you for this vid.
Lies she just sucked in her belly her arms and legs are still the same size.
Is it OK to have kids (2 and 9 years old) to use the vibration plate?
BC if I get one, they WILL use it 😂
