  1. Thankyou for making such an amazing video bro ❤❤❤ I just had 2 questions:

    1) I am 19 years old male can i follow this diet ?

    2) Can this much tofu and seitan cause hormal issues like some people claim ?

    Thankyou ❤❤

  2. This all looks great but I’m not single and have to cook for two. I don’t think my husband would go for eating the same thing four days in a row and I’d also have to double everything even if he did. And, what about the other 3 days?

  3. @TheVeganGym or anyone can you please help me with an option to replace nutritional yeast with anything else as I had a severe headache after just having 1 portion of broccoli with yeast, I saw online it's due to niacin and it can trigger an headache for sensitive or existing migraine issues people. Any help is appreciated

  4. Thank you for these videos! I'm trying to transition from vegan to wfpb, but it's hard to find recipes that I actually want to eat. My family and I are using your meal plans to get healthier 😊

  5. The nutrition breakdown is super helpful (soy is such a champ!) and I love your tips on getting all the essential nutrients without supplements 🫶 Thanks for including the stuck measuring cup in the oatmeal jar — behind-the-scenes action is priceless 🤣

  6. Can you please tell me what is the website you’re using .all the trackers have mane macros but not the micros or amino acids like this one . Looks amazing

  7. Your channel is just brilliant. I love that you focus on meeting nutritional requirements with food. I’m not vegan but trying to incorporate more plant-based foods into my diet. I have always preferred to get my vitamins from food sources, so I really appreciate your viewpoint. Great job!

  8. DUDE! This meal plan SLAPSSSSSS! I have been vegan for over 11 years, always been active, but never stepped foot into a gym or set a muscle building goal. This year I decided I wanted to add 10-15 lbs of muscle to my 5’2” frame and lemme tell ya, building muscle and heavy lifting is a whole new game for me. I eat very healthy but I felt lost when I actually started tracking my macros. Trying to add more than double the protein I usually eat while keeping the fat low has been a real challenge. I was SO bored with the bland food and the endless protein shakes. I found this channel and it has CHANGED MY LIFE dude! I started feeling better and seeing results in one week! I’m sitting at my desk now eating the cheesy broccoli & buffalo seitan wraps which look like a rainbow of cruelty free goodness just filled with happiness! Thank you thank you thank you a million times!! I’m looking forward to more meal preps from you fam!

  9. Great vid! Something to consider: Vegetables cooked at high heat (above 300°F) on the stovetop can accumulate AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products), harmful compounds linked to inflammation, oxidative stress, and chronic diseases like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. To reduce AGEs, use moist-heat methods like steaming (steam most veggies no more than 5 minutes to retain antioxidants, vitamins, and phytonutrients) or boiling, cook at lower temperatures, and limit cooking time. Hope this helps.

  10. The insights in Woman's Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth blew my mind! I’ve tried so many different things, but this book gave me real, actionable steps to see results. Highly recommend!

  11. Amazing video! Ive found it pretty hard to find easy, high-protein vegan meals that aren't super high in calories. Thank you so much for the detailed breakdown, as well. Top notch quality – just got another subscriber. =)

  12. I'm trying to do this. I really am and I appreciate everything. Followed the rcepie exact, but the seitan…my god the seitan is just so gross. Buffalo sauce or no, it's just inedible to me. Like its not good trying to convince yourself does this taste good even if it's good for you.
