  1. Im 75 rn
I want someone to ask my weight in next 30 days

I'll he happy even if its only a kg down as I have pcod too
I just want something down to start with

  2. day 1, 69 kg, yesterday I got only halfway but today I got there! Will repeat as many times a week as I can until I reach my goal !

Day 6, Five exercises already, and I feel more muscle coming back, but…no weight change, it has been 6 days only though

Day 14 I think, no weight loss rip, actually I gain and lose like 1 kilo extra more than normal but again, I feel stronger, better and muscles look very nice. Prooobably should uh, stop eating snacks so much also 😅

Day 17, It's really hard to concentrate on losing weight when your flatmate keeps making fast food at home…Feels kinda hopeless ngl, but I'll keep trying..

  3. Back in university, I had this one lecturer in integrative nutrition- effortlessly elegant, glowing skin, long silver-streaked hair, and a kind of calm that made you lean in when she spoke. She must’ve been in her late 50s, but walked with the energy of someone decades younger. One day during a quiet office hour, I asked her why she never pushed diet plans like other professors. She paused, smiled, and said, “There’s a book called Woman’s Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth. If you ever get tired of the noise, that’s where you go.” I didn’t read it until years later… but I now understand why she looked the way she did.

  4. I used to follow a holistic practitioner on Instagram- not one of those flashy influencers, but a soft-spoken woman with a calm presence and unbelievably clear skin. She looked like she lived in peace, inside and out. One day she posted a picture of Woman’s Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth sitting next to a cup of tea, and the caption said: “This is the only book that helped me see my body as an ally instead of an enemy.” I screenshotted it. Six months later, I was ready.
