In this video, I’ll guide you through a powerful morning routine that will help you burn belly fat, tone your waist, and develop strong abdominal muscles — all by doing simple exercises on an empty stomach! These exercises are quick, effective, and require no equipment, making them perfect for anyone looking to kickstart their day with a fat-burning workout.
1. **Clap Your Hips 100 Times**: This exercise activates your core and helps tighten your belly. By doing it daily on an empty stomach, you’ll stimulate fat loss around your midsection, leading to a flatter belly over time.
2. **Knee Raises 100 Times**: This moves targets the stubborn fat on the sides of your waist, helping you slim down your love handles. It’s simple but effective for slimming your waistline and improving core strength.
3. **Opposite Knee Raises 100 Times**: This exercise helps tighten and tone your entire abdominal area. By engaging both your upper and lower abs, you’ll start developing a defined abdominal line and even see the beginnings of your vest lines!
4. **Freehand Squats 100 Times**: Not only do squats help tone your legs, but they also boost your metabolism and continue to burn fat even after your workout is over. It’s a great way to keep your body in fat-burning mode throughout the day.
Follow along with these 4 simple exercises and do them consistently for the best results. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or are looking for a quick morning routine to fit into your busy schedule, this workout will get you closer to your fitness goals!

Everyone here is either this works! Or this is bs!
Guys this is important.
1. Check your form to prevent injury with squats. Watch some videos and use a mirror.
2. For beginners 100 each especially every day is a recipe for giving up. Starts smaller and make goals to reach the 100 each.
3. Your muscles need recovery time. I would say do these every other day especially for the squats .
4. Find some squat variations it is a lot easier to do 100 squats if you do 10 sets of 10 different squats and also you will have a more rounded excercise.
5. If you don't like being injured make sure you stretch after every time you do these. If you dont know how and which stretches look for glute stretches, reclined spinal twists (look at variations to target upper glues and lower back and hip that dont get stretched with normal glute stretches). Look for abdominal stretches for hip flexor, abdominals, obliques.
It is true, you can't trully spot reduce, but you can start somewhere! You can grow muscle which does burn more energy then fat does, it starts to engage and hold your frame and as it is engaged it tucks you in and burns energy. Your mental and emotional states can improve so can sleep and you can become more energetic which snowballs into more fat loss. It's not just about calorie deficits. So if you want to tey this fo for it! Don't get discouraged by the nay sayers just don't overload and stretch.
Squat 100 times?
Do all exercise need to be on empty stomach.?
Bullshit
Whatever I do this for 2 years 300 a day
