Tq information
Number 2 was a complete No No.
Fortified breakfast cereal should not be on this list….
Video informative bhi hai aur topic bhi kaafi relevant hai. *Planet Ayurveda Pradrantak Churna* ke baare mein bhi proper information lena useful rahega.
Salmon is high in mercury. Not good for the baby.
Yes as long as you can stomach them they are great
Cereal is bad for me never mind a pregnant lady
Look at ingredients
Cereals. Banamas. No
I’m 14weeks now and still can’t eat most of them. Meat, egg, and fish makes me throw up. Just thinking about it making me throw up, and the smell make me nauseous. I didn’t eat them, i only eat fruits, sweet potatoes, potatoes, bread, ramen, and salad. I eat soups too but sometimes i hated it.
Cereals I wound not recommend cause even though it has vitamins they are usually the cheap synthetic form which is not great for you… and around 40-70% of people can’t metabolize folic acid and should be taking a methylated prenatal multi vitamin
Me 6 months with a banana and sugarless tea it feels like heaven 😂😂
Be careful of bananas is high in sugar.
Good for all !
