i eat about 100 grams of protein for breakfast lol i think im doing good 😅
I was literally making myself a slice of sourdough toast for breakfast as I was watching this video, and originally that was all I was going to have (along with coffee), but I decided to grab a cup of cottage cheese as well to amp up the protein! Thanks for being so realistic about weight management and healthy eating
Oh! What kind of nailpolish do you wear Abby? 😍
This channel is pure bro science
My easiest swap ever was a protein drink instead of cream and sugar in my coffee.
FALSE. Just nonsense. It's mostly total calories and some exercise. It's all self-control, and what you eat in the morning is nonsense. Self-discipline.
Every morning after working out I eat four eggs fried in butter and drink a glass of whole milk

High carb and fruit brakfast is the best for satiety
What if I eat a high protein breakfast and then crave 2k calories for lunch? 😒 I could eat 5 eggs and be hungry ad
I feel as if I need at least 40 grams a meal to feel satiated
If I eat 5 eggs in the morning, which is around 40 grams-ish, obviously depending on the size of the eggs, I'm gonna be mad hungry an hour later. All your advice doesn't seem realistic at all for any physically active males above 185 pounds.
Just eat a salad you tubby flubbers!!
I love eatting cereal, pancakes, smoothies, and oatmeal for breakfast so I love to add unflavored protein powder to my cereal, and oatmeal. Especially when I add it to pancakes, I can eat barley two before being full all the way through lunch. If you have access to protein powder it is worth the investment.
My favorite power breakfast is four eggs, scrambled. Fried in butter.
This is the only sound video Ive seen of the four Ive watched
I eat high protein with every meal, but in my humble opinion, a smoothie is a beverage, not a meal
My favourite breakfast which I've eaten for about 4 years now nearly every day is scrambled tofu on sourdough, it's so savory and satiating, I love it!
Thank you for the info! And all the stuff to back it up 💗
Another tip is have a late breakfast like 10:30 so I stay full longer. I typically eat bacon and eggs sandwich.
My favorite go to is shakshouka, tons of protein from the lentils and eggs and u can squeeze in a bunch of veggies like mushrooms, spinach, peppers and onions.
This makes so much sense. When i eat two scrambled eggs combined with a cup of greek yogurt and a bit of fruit im usually so much less snacky throughout my day than when i eat a lower protein breakfast.
This makes since, college me ate a hard egg and two pieces of bacon (ok it was a slice of thick cut in half for greese and flavor, but I actually don't like bacon or eggs, so), on a piece of toast, and I just went to class, I'd have a snack at lunch and be fine.
Thank you!
Interesting she put this out right before her protein supplement came out……
My favorite breakfast when I was in school was either a sausage and egg bowl or peanut butter on toast with a glass of milk
Girl, you have to restrict food in order to lose weight lolol.
Yes! But do that at every meal along with making sure you’re getting a bit of fat, carbs and fiber!
I always eat more when I have breakfast, idk just not for me
It’s true, I notice a big difference in my mood and hunger levels throughout the day when I have scrambled eggs on my toast (21 grams of protein) vs when I have jam and peanut butter (7 grams).
It's extremely annoying that you look at so mant other things than the camera…
Doesnt make a huge difference for me. May be due to my abnormal hormones
I think I'll have to start doing protein shakes. too much protein makes me not want to eat
Scrambled eggs boom
What if I'm doing this, but it's not working? I eat different kinds of protein for breakfast. Mostly eggs, but sometimes I add chicken and/or cheese, depending on the recipe, bc I love cooking. I still get hungry after only a couple of hours, not even at lunch time.
I've been watching your videos for an hour. You're very inspiring. But I dont know how to get past the hurdle of Food and sleep being the enemy. Sleep is where dark thoughts strangle me until morning and if I eat ill immediately go back to being the 330lb dumbass I was a decade ago. I worked hard to get in shape and food is constantly trying to sabotage that hard work
Literally, wholegrain/oatmeal toast, a lil full fat butter, with scrambled eggs is my all time favourite hunger crushing combo. Its also the first combo that got me back on the journey of ED recovery and was one of my many food fears, now I enjoy it almost daily.
Still recovering, but recovering well! Haven’t had a health crisis since June 2023 🤍
Dammit ok fine I'll eat more protein 😤
Oh wow, 20-30 grams. I would have to build up to that, but it sounds like a plan. I make a veggie breakfast quiche that has about 18 gms
I've been doing scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms and either feta or goat cheese, and vitamin D fortified orange juice.
eats and potatoes or oats are my go too🥺
Love your content! It's full of real fact-based non-bs information!
The more I learn about nutrition, the more horrified I am that cereal companies tried to push eating their cereals as a healthy breakfast option for children
And dont drink your calories. Teach your body to sit down and chew on something and not eat in a hurry
Yesss this has helped me loose 40lbs once I started getting 30g of protein for breakfast every morning
What if you can’t have meat, eggs, and dairy products? I’ve been told protein powders are bad for you and often fake so really don’t know what it eat for breakfast besides a peanut butter and banana sandwich
Yes to eggs, every single day. And what supercharges my breakfast and make me even fuller, Salad! Yes, tomatoes and cucumber salad with olive oil and lemon juice dressing. Try it.
I neeeed this smoothie cup!! So cute!
Facts !! So true
What’s your go to protein powder?
