  1. Quick recap…

#1 Eat 30g of protein at every meal
#2 Stop doing cardio, strength train instead (can be body weight!)
#3 Get 7 hours of sleep minimum
#4 Control your cortisol (walking, breathing, etc.)
    #5 Shorten your eating window

And check this video out next if you're struggling to figure out how to eat that much protein. I give examples and make it super simple and achievable! https://youtu.be/ixVuSyi9BnQ

  2. This is one of the clearest, more informative videos I have watched on the subject. Thank you for answering all of my questions without me asking! I was specially concerned with the mixed messages I have had throughout my life about fasting and 'eating frequently to keep blood sugar regulated'. I will definitely try 12/12 fasting and the rest of your suggestions. Thank you!

  3. This is such an important message 🙌
After 40, your metabolism isn’t broken — it’s just responding to deeper shifts in gut health, blood sugar, and hormone balance.

I work with a lot of women who are eating clean, working out, and still gaining… until we support their body in the right order.

Grateful for videos like this that help women realize it’s not about restriction — it’s about restoration 💛

  4. You're videos has been the best videos I have seen. Been trying to understand the menopause Weight gain and eating. Been researching for weeks but your videos are so helpful, right to the point and easy to understand. I pray that the Lord continues to bless your business. Thank you ❤

  5. Can you advise on what drinks to have? I drink sparkling water with ginger cordial which is low in calories but seems high in carbs…. is this ok or is there too much sugars?
    Carbohydrates per 100g: 54.1g
    Carbohydrates per serving (500ml): 270.6g
Carbohydrates per diluted 100ml drink: 4.9g
    Carbohydrates primarily from sugar:
Energy (calories): 216 kcal per 100g, diluted serving 20 kcal per 100ml

  6. I have actually resorted to starving myself to shift some weight, but it’s hard to sustain. When I went to the gym it aggravated my back problems so now I’m seeing the physio. Getting older sucks 😥

  7. This was so useful! Thank you! I am going to start with the intermittent fasting and sleep and then will try to implement the other steps slowly. Being in my 40ths I had noticed it seemed impossible to lose weight. This will help a lot!

  8. Can u explain if body doesn’t burn fat if insulin is high how people eating high carb diets like this sugar diet that’s going viral now lose weight ??? It’s all so confusing.. I’ve been doing keto for years but can’t lose past a certain weight

  9. I'm in my mid 40's and I was a little overweight about 8 years ago.Had a muffin-top waist. I've lost 30 lbs since then and I'm back to my high school weight. I walk frequently (about 20 miles a week) and I do the 12:12 intermittant fasting. I also typically only have snack foods once a week.
