everything I did to lose 30lbs, built into a plan for YOU 🤍 Livjordanfitness.com

1. I stopped saving all my steps for one long walk. I started doing 5–10 minute walks after meals, walking while on phone calls, parking at the back of the lot, taking the long way everywhere. 10k became part of my day.
2. I had a cardio formula and stopped negotiating with myself. After my lift, headphones on → incline treadmill → 20–30 minutes → done. I didn’t wake up every day deciding whether I “felt like” doing cardio.
3. I scheduled my entire training week on Sunday. I knew my lift days, rest days, cardio days AND when I was getting them done. There was no “I’ll fit it in later.”
4. I became a morning workout girl. Getting my training done before the day could get busy was one of the biggest things that changed my consistency.
5. I stopped trying to make every workout different. I repeated the same lifts for weeks and wrote down my weights/reps. If I hit 12 reps with good form, I knew it was time to go heavier.
6. I gave myself a step minimum AND a step goal. 10k was the “we’re not going below this” number. Anything over it was a bonus. That stopped the all or nothing mentality around movement.
7. I made my meals almost embarrassingly predictable. Same breakfast, rotating a few lunches and dinners. Protein + carb + fat at meals. I wasn’t spending every day trying to create a new recipe.
8. I planned my sweet treat into my night instead of pretending I wasn’t going to want one. Tea + something sweet became part of my routine, so I didn’t feel like I had to be “perfect” all day. (Yogurt bowl, ninja creami etc)
9. I built my life around a schedule before I built it around motivation. Wake up around the same time. Train at the same time. Meals around the same times. Walks built into my day. Bed early. My results started feeling automatic because my days became predictable.
10. I stopped asking myself if I felt motivated. I had a plan for the day and I followed it. Some days were amazing, some were average, but I stopped needing every day to feel like a “lock in” day for it to count.

  1. The lever there might not be the 10k, it's that you stopped saving it all for one block. One long deliberate walk can get quietly paid back later the same day with more sitting and less fidgeting, and short walks seem less likely to trigger that trade, which would mean the same step count spread out isn't quite the same stimulus. The after-meal timing is doing something separate again, mostly to the glucose response rather than to the daily total, so I'm curious: did your number actually go up when you switched, or just get distributed?

  2. amazing job! i have lost 26 so far. i was 156 after my third baby back to back and am now 130 wanting to be 120-125. Ive always lifted weights and done calorie deficits so i knew what to do but it definitely took longer than before bc of how much my body changed after having 3 kids. Now my body is stronger and looks better at 130 than it did at 125 before i had my babies! Consistency is key people, weight training + cardio/steps +calorie deficit is where it’s at! She’s not lying!!! 👏🏼👏🏼
