Alex was 39 years old. He was doing triathlons. Hyrox. Years of high intensity interval training. His weight still climbed a pound or two every single month until he hit 200 pounds. Then his blood test came back with 15 biomarkers out of range.

10 weeks later he is 177 pounds. 23 pounds down.

But here is the part nobody expects.

We did not add more training. We took all the intense stuff out. What changed was five specific things he did every single day. And not one of them required going to the gym.

Because if you have been cutting calories, doing more cardio, avoiding carbs, and your belly fat is still exactly the same as it was 6 months ago, the problem has nothing to do with your effort. It is two hormones. Insulin and cortisol.

I call it the Daily Belly Fat Reset 👇

🌅 The 10 minute fasted morning habit that sets your fat burning tone for the entire day
🥩 The eating sequence that gives you the same natural effect as Ozempic for free at every single meal
🦵 The 60 second move after every meal that blocks the insulin spike before it ever happens
🚶 The evening habit that brings cortisol down and doubles as family time
😴 The Mayo Clinic study showing visceral fat went up 11 percent in two weeks from this one mistake alone

Five habits. Two hormones. No gym required.

  1. Thank you for taking the time to make your videos. I am 70 years old, workout every morning before breakfast, 16/8 routine, PFC and strive to follow all your other recommendations. Still struggling to loose visceral fat, though. Obviously, I am not consistent enough. Please share your diet to help me more. I am borderline diabetic, muscular, 5’6”, 170 lbs.. but 37” waist. At times get down to 163 lbs when eliminating starchy carbs but always end up back to 170 lbs. because I loose all my energy without carbs. Want to get down to 150, if that means loosing all belly/organ fat. Fatty liver disease shown up on my Cardiac score of 1. Need to try fasting for a full day or more. Bad cholesterol is high, Type B positive blood, and take one prescription for high blood pressure. Bad back hinders walking more than 30 minutes and one bad knee hinders air squats. These injuries flare up when walking or squatting more. Stair climbing is best resolve for me.

  2. Going out for a walk once a day is near impossible for me let alone twice. I just know I won't do it consistently. I guess it's ok to do the walking on a treadmill indoors, right?

  3. Great tips! I've been doing #1almost daily. I have a motorized mini under the desk bike that I use if I don't have enough time to go for a walk or I just don't want to get dressed and go outside. Cut the excuses way down!! I do a variation of #2. I watch the glucose goddess channel and she says to eat your greens and vegetables first followed by protein and then carbs to cut your insulin spike. But carbs last is definitely the key. I'm going to add the last three to my routine! Thank you for the valuable information and easy tips!!

  4. I was on my own exercise journey from 2020 to 2023. I was at 219 pounds back in 2020 and I went through the first 4 months of slowly cutting out all the sugars, soda, junk food, sweets and candies and was eating more healthy. Foods like grilled chicken breast, salads, salmon with rice and eventually. I was at 149 lbs within 2 years time, added with the morning walks. That was the best I've ever felt in years, too. And, now I am back to my exercise routine to regain that feeling, as I had my mom visiting awhile ago and of course those bad habits appeared again. But I am currently at 191.6, as I started my routine again the first of September and I was at 197 when I started.
