  1. Women hold fat because it thinks it’s gonna have babies, and menopause is another challenge. How do body builder women have that amount of muscle? What are they doing?

  2. I had to increase my calories to finally lose belly fat…I was already lifting and hitting my protein, but not enough calories to fuel my body…now I’m not only losing belly fat, but building muscle too!!

  3. This lady is 100% correct. I focused only on glute workout for a long time, decided to start with that, together with triceps, and to my big surprise the abs got worked out too, just as this lady explains 🦿🦿

  4. I am going to say something very unpopular here. There is no one guru. While I appreciate that Dr Sims tries to support women, and she does has some valid advice, she is extreme. Her science is biased to her beliefs. She does talk her beliefs up well. However, I was looking at her talking with her partner the other day and I did not feel like they could, or would ever listen to my experience with weight and weight loss. Dr. Sim's face (and this is not meant to shame) is so thin and has absolutely no fat in her cheeks. These extreme ideas feel like eating disorders with a stamp of approval. While I am overweight, I am going to start to accept my body, stop looking for a guru, especially an extreme guru who has no understanding of my body and abilities. We can be healthy at many sizes as long as we eat well and fit exercise into our lives. Our lives should not be lived around the constant spinning of, did I do enough, did I do it right. We are humans and we need to remember we should be having a human experience that is our own. Experts are great when you have fit them into your thinking, not yourself into theirs. I always believed that Mel Robbins was focused on accepting yourself. This interview does not feel like this to me.

  5. Omg, so all men come from the same factory and have this glitch!! I get frustrated with my husband when he keeps telling me to restrict calories/eat less to loose weight. Great video to send it to my know it all husband 😅

  6. Up up up up, finally, she mentioned whiskey 🥃🤭, definitely slipped out 😂, she looks like functional alcoholic , her face, skin junk wrinkles, , her hair is absolutely next level 🫠fuzzy. bet you she wear animal print dresses 👗 whe she goes on DR conference and happy hour hotel bars 🤭 vibesssss lol

  7. About the core strengthening… this makes so much sense to me from my own workouts!!! I see great results in my abs , smaller waist, stronger core from doing goblet squats (I’m squatting up to 45lbs) and squat down all the way down (took a while for me to be able to go so low), and make sure to come up with well-controlled movement. Comparing this to crunches, they did almost nothing for me. And of course, replacing those carbs with more protein in my diet.

  8. It is all about calorie intake. I quit drinking alcohol and saw my puffy belly go down in one week. After 3 weeks and starting watching calories in week 3, I started seeing definition in my abdomen. One glass of wine is approximately 140 calories ladies! You need a deficit to start seeing weight loss, it took 4 weeks to see a 10 pound change but you see it and feel it and other people notice. It is completely possibly to lose 30 -50 lbs in 6 months without pills, without hitting the gym, but you need to be disiplined and watch your food intake. Remember it isn't forever! You can eat what you like just in moderation and balancing. You will notice a change in energy level, not dragging all the time. You become more physically active, maybe you are able to do more around the house or go for walks, or powerwalk through the supermarket. And if you want to workout but feel like you don't have the energy to, change your diet and you will start to have the energy to.
