Whether you’re looking for tips to lose weight fast because of an upcoming event like a vacation or a wedding, or whether it’s for health needs, you should make sure the steps you take are sustainable over the long term. That’s EXACTLY what I’m going to show you in this video.
If you follow crash diets or plans that are super restrictive, you’ll hinder your progress over the long term, which has no benefit to you. We’ll dive in with a tip that sounds a little counter-intuitive but holds many more benefits to your health than just fast weight loss.
*Tip #1 – Get More Sleep (1:56)
Sleep is the number one most important tip to lose weight fast for men. It is nature’s reset button and helps your body to burn fat instead of muscle, as well as controlling hunger and stress levels. Both of these will be super helpful when it comes to your weight loss results!
I recommend aiming for a MINIMUM of 7 hours of sleep each night. If you’re currently getting less than this, you need to evaluate why this is and try to fix your sleep schedule to make 7 hours your absolute minimum number of hours per night.
*Tip #2 – Follow The 4 x 4 Meal Timing (3:07)
The 4 x 4 meal timing approach is simply eating 4 meals spaced 4 hours apart. For example, you could eat breakfast at 8 am, lunch at 12 pm, Snack at 4 pm, and dinner at 8 pm. This helps control hunger, avoid cravings, and keep blood sugar levels even throughout the day. All of these things will have a positive impact on your attempt to lose weight fast.
*Tip #3 – Drink More Water (6:31)
Next on my list of losing weight fast tips for men is hydration! Drinking more water is often an area that people fall down on in general day to day living, let alone when they are trying to lose weight fast. It is incredibly important though, not only because every cell in your body contains water, but because fat metabolism is done by your liver. If your liver only needs to filter water, it doesn’t need to work very hard. This frees it up to metabolize more fat!
*Tip #4 – 30-Min Of Daily Activity (7:43)
When the time comes to lose weight fast, men often jump straight to hardcore workouts. Believe it or not, formal workouts are not completely necessary as normal daily activity, when combined with good sleep, hydration and a good diet will help you lose weight fast almost as effectively.
30-minutes of daily activity, such as walking, cycling, gardening, etc. will burn calories, but also boost your metabolism which helps you continue burning calories after your activity is finished. Use this excellent lose weight fast tips for men over 40 to start shedding the pounds today.
*Tip #5 – 3-4 MRT Workouts Per Week (9:25)
Once you’ve got your sleep, hydration, diet, and daily activity habits down to second nature, you can start adding in formal exercise workouts to help push the needle even faster in the right direction. My recommendation is MRT (Metabolic Resistance Training), which combines strength training with cardio and flexibility for a great all-around workout.
*Tip #6 – Use Smart Supplements (11:41)
The final one of my how to lose weight fast tips for men over 40 is to use smart and effective supplements to help with fast weight loss. The easiest ones to start out with are simple black coffee and green tea. These are readily available anywhere and have great benefits such as increasing metabolism and fat burning as well as curbing hunger.
Put these 6 great lose weight fast tips for men into action, and you’ll see the scales moving in the right direction in no time.

Thank you
I'm losing sleep watching this.
Thank you so much! Great info in there and it makes sense to me.
I have tried for years to lose weight and it just will not come off. It lose weight on the scale but not in the mirror. I can cut 20/30lbs at the snap of a finger. Once I reach that point I can’t seem to go past it.
On my comment I do want to add that I started my weight loss journey doing a 8 Day Water Fast. Also during my Intermittent Water Fasting, I did a 4 Day and a 5 Day Water Fast during this time of 4 months. Weight dropped real fast "60 lbs." and energy went thru the roof. Intermittent Water Fasting w/a Low to No Carb High Protein Meals.👍
At 60 yrs old & 6'-0", I went from 250 lbs. 5/1/2023 down to 190 lbs. 8/25/2023 doing strict Intermittent Water Fasting and Low to No Carb/High Protein Meals. The old Atkins Ketosis Plan. I have only drank water since May 1st and a lot of it. Flushes your body out real fast. I do take a multi-vitamin everyday w/a Gatorade Zero for all my nutrients. Lost 60 lbs. in almost 4 months. My goal?? Get down to around 180-183 lbs. and start hitting the weights at the gym to add muscle & tone only. I lost about 20% muscle from the 60 lb. weight loss, about 12 lbs. Gonna get that muscle back.
Do we need this 7 hours sleep in one stretch..or can it be 6 hours at night and 1hour in day time ?
I'm down 20 lbs in a little over 2 months. Weight training or HIIT training in morning. Keto meals, fatty breakfast with whey protein shake, salad with meat in it for lunch or a half rotersiee chicken and just a snack for dinner like a bananas etc. The reason I started is the Dad thing. We had a baby boy 10 YEARS after our first girl. He is a crazy guy and I can't keep up since he is about 7 now! Lol I was able to squat down and hold that squat for over 2 min talking to him the other day with no issues. It felt amazing! So I am gonna do this till I'm down to 20% body fat or lower. Starting weight 335lbs, current weight 316lbs. Goal weight 200lbs
Three things I did to lose weight – Cut sugar out, had three healthy meals per day, walked/jogged for approximately 30 minutes per day. I've lost 11lbs so far with this logic.
I like the no BS approach. Thank you for this video and giving clear concise information.
Hi bro how are you

Can I do this while intermittently fasting ?
I literally never drink water 😂 like ever, does it really make a noticeable difference just drinking water
I'm 43 and about 240 lb….wanting to get back down to 180 or perhaps 170 from 5 to 10 yrs ago….lose the dreaded man-boobs. Be able to see me johnson once again, that I haven't been able to see in 7 or 8 yrs.
I wake every night about 3 times to pee , I'm 53 with a big belly , I'm 200lbs and 1.73m in height. HELP
Want to lose weight fast? Step one – go to sleep! Sounds good to me 😂😂😂
One thing I'd add is the insidious use of beverages that tack on calories that are often not considered, including sports drinks, juice, and coffees with added cream and sugar. These sort of drinks, especially bottled drinks, are huge in adding unnecessary calories, often because they include caffeine, which people make part of their waking up habit.
Struggling right now. I gained back muscle but weight usually melts off. I'm inky down 10lbs in 4 weeks. Usually I'd be Bout 25 down. Any tips? Went down to 1500 calories a day. Burning between 3 and 5k a day. Active and hiit cardio 3 days a week.
And btw, thanks for giving the ok for black coffee. I can’t do mornings without it
I jus took a good long look at myself and decided I gotta do something. I downloaded your free sources and I’m going to try this out. I’m 42 y/o 5’10” and I weigh 300. I feel like crap, both physically and mentally. I want to watch my 7 month old grandson grow up. So I’m gonna do this
I work in a factory my day starts at 3:30 am every day my day doesn't end until 4:30 pm I'm on my feet all day walking I get a break at 6 am lunch at 12 pm a 15 minutes at 230 pm so nothing you said in this video is relevant to someone that has a real job and not setting in a office all a desk all day
