4 meals a day??? Seriously? Utter nonsense…
I'm 76 years old work out for 56 years now I gained weight now I can't lose weight anymore I walked for 40 minutes in the morning and evening, lifting weights, do Pilates ring, light weights and bands, do you think my metabolism is slow down
A pretty good video!
This aligns with what doctors usually recommend.
This all sounds great, but what if you can't sleep more than 4 hrs. at a time without waking up – – and CAN'T get back to sleep??
I’m in my late 50s and I started doing 1 meal a day 2 months ago. I’ve lost 2 stone approx. Between the hours of 5pm and 7pm I eat what I want to. Obviously, I don’t mean cakes, biscuits in large amounts. Be sensible. I’ve also increased my water intake. I’m feeling a lot better and the pain in my feet has gone. But this guy is talking sense. Better sleep, strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercise is all good stuff.
Last meal 7-8 pm and then attempt to get 7 hours of restful sleep? I’d be up and restless trying to digest
