  1. Do you have any Dairy free protein options? I know some protein powders have dairy in them and although Greek Yogurt is a great option, I unfortunately cannot have it due to my dairy allergy.

  2. I've gained a lot regarding macros and the actual calculation when it comes to calorie deficit and how to make it doable in your everyday life. I tried body recomposition and saw gains in my bum, but my mommy poach was still there, so Im trying again, and I am learning a lot and trying again… I've been binging on your videos and im starting from scratch with a lot of knowledge. ❤

  3. This is a great video & very important information for women !

I am 60 years and i follow this type of lifestyle routine since 28 years 😃 and it works amazing. I am always healthy and in my best shape

    My result 🥰 ➡ WAIST 70 cm HIPS 98 cm 😍 (I am 182 tall)

Body fat value 21%, lean muscle mass 55.5kg 👍

  4. Excellent video!!! I absolutely resonated with it ❤ Thank you.

    I have a question though…
I use the collagen from 1st Phorm and it has 15 g of protein. Do you count that in your daily macro goal?
I understand that it is only missing one amino acid and so some say to count it in, but I have also heard other people say not to count it.
What are your thoughts on that?

  5. Oh geez eating between 4 or 5 times a day I cannot imagine, people's insulin going up aaaalll the time. And eating like late is not convenient either. I'm hearing this video and I already heard different misleading information.

  6. Hi Michelle, new to your channel. Some really interesting content to help me. I have x2 teenagers trying to bulk to increase muscle and I’m trying to lose weight and increase my protein. Really liked the planning and calculating tips. Will have a look at your recipe vids, too., so I can get the right meal balance between me and my lads. Thanks!😊
