  1. I liked some of your other pudding-y type snacks. Like with dates for a sweet tooth. But also adore your recipes with banana, so would love even more of those! These look delicious. Couldn't believe how low kcal the chicken patties were! If I were to tweak it (for myself personally, don't think yours need changing) I would use chopped tomatoes with the egg and the chicken ones, just to make even more mixture and squeeze out an extra portion. But yeah, love ya videos. Keep 'em coming! ❤

  2. It's not all the ingredients in protein bars that cause indigestion, it's the sugar alcohols in many of them. Just avoid bars with sugar alcohols and you'll be fine. And if you want a simple food convenient alternative, try dried edamame snacks. They have the same amount of fiber and protein as most protein bars.

  3. How can you fit a significant tasty snack in only 1’500 daily calories? I mean like a healthy homemade chocolate cupcake for example? No attack here, I’m just wondering. Ive got a one good recipe high in protein low fat but I’m easily over the 1’500 cal mainly because it’s high in protein🙄, Your channel is a game changer in my fat journey btw THX

  4. Brilliant ideas! Excellent to curb mid afternoon slumps which is when I'm most likely to raid the cupboards for my daughter's treats! Love the variety offered here and really appreciate the cost layer too, your books sound really good! Which book of the three was it you mostly promoted please? That had the 12 week guide?

  5. When blood sugar drops, especially in the afternoon, you want something sweet, not eggs and chicken. Not to mention that I am cooking already my lunch, my weekend gluten freen dessert, my chia seeds pudding in the morning. Now cook protein bars as well?😂 You look like you have a lot of time…
