original creator we saw it: healthymoodsf on Tiktok
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 cup + 1 1/2 tablespoon almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all the crust ingredients together. Using a spatula, spread the batter into a thin circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
We baked it for like 16 minutes, it didnt seem done to us.
We thought the dough was wet tasting. If you have a wheat based keto flour i would try that. If you like coconut flour id try that too because its absorbant!
We used italian sausage (cooked), sliced green pepper, and mozzarella

  1. Please try this pizza crust. One large cooked chicken breast.grind in food processor.
On bag plain fried pork rinds, ground in food processor one cup graited parmesan cheese 3 whole eggs garlic powder. Mix all well spead out on flat pan cook 18 minutes a 375 F. Cool down assemble favorite pizza ingredients on top of crust cook 375 F fir twenty minutes or till cheese starts to brown
Nothing more keto than that. Delicious.

  2. I wonder if making it on convection oven setting or air fryer would make the crust crispier? I will try making a small one in air fryer but I think I just prefer a low carb double crust (use egg wash between) tortilla pizza.

  3. Could you try this recipe by hungry.happens – broccoli crust pizza. It looks soooo good. I would love to see you make it and taste it! I love that she doesn't add tomato sauce. Maybe a few slices of tomatoes would work, instead? I love that she adds pepperoni. 🤍🤍

  4. I saw a video where a lady put cheese down on crust first, then sauce, toppings and more cheese. She said the first layer of cheese prevents the crust from getting soggy. I have not tried it, but it makes sense. Love your videos!

  5. Maybe make it thinner? I use tortilla pizza crust and now husband does too. We like the crunch! We cook tortilla 1 minute in microwave and that makes it crispy. Then cheese, small amount of sauce, other precooked toppings, small amount of sauce, and cheese on top. I usually do 2 minutes in microwave. Tortilla stays crispy and it’s a personal size. Thanks for sharing info, and trying recipes. 🙏🌸🤓

  6. When you subbed the almond flour for coconut flour, you have to use twice the almond flour to make up for the absorptive quality of the coconut flour. I think you went 1-to-1, which would make it have too much moisture. That said, I’m eating tortilla-crust pizza tomorrow! You pressed my pizza crave button. 😇
