SLOW COOKER CHICKEN
⢠2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
⢠1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
⢠4 cloves garlic, minced
⢠2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper
Add everything to the slow cooker. Cook on LOW 6 hours (or HIGH 3â4) until it reaches 165°F. Shred right in the pot with two forks.
SHEET PAN VEGGIES
⢠1 medium butternut squash (about 2 lb), peeled and cubed

⢠2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp cinnamon, salt + pepper
Toss on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Roast at 425°F for 25â30 min, flipping halfway, until golden.
TOPPINGS (per bowl)
⢠2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
⢠1 oz crumbled feta
Divide the chicken and veggies into 5 containers. Keep the yogurt and feta separate and add them when you eat.
Fridge: eat within 4 days. Freeze bowls 4 and 5 without the toppings, since yogurt doesn’t freeze well.
About 45â50g protein per bowl (estimate; varies by brand and portion).
