These 5 thermic foods force your body to burn MORE calories than they contain (science-backed)

Is your metabolism working against you? Most people don’t realize that certain foods actually REQUIRE more energy to digest than they provide – creating a natural fat-burning effect without strict dieting. These rare “thermic foods” could be the missing key to breaking through your weight loss plateau.

What if I told you that 90% of people are deficient in a crucial mineral that drives your body’s energy production and metabolism? This deficiency is silently sabotaging your weight loss efforts and increasing your risk of serious health conditions including Alzheimer’s, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and certain cancers.

The 5 thermic foods in this video don’t just accelerate weight loss – they’re fighting disease from within. Research shows they help control blood sugar levels, prevent insulin spikes, improve sleep quality, and strengthen your immune system. But the temporary nature of their effects means you need to know EXACTLY how to incorporate them into your daily routine.

Did you know that one “miracle tree” can significantly reduce body weight WITHOUT any changes to your diet? Scientists have confirmed its powerful thermogenic effect, especially for those struggling with stubborn weight. And when combined with another common morning beverage, its fat-burning potential multiplies.

Have you been struggling to lose weight despite doing “everything right”? Your body might be trapped in survival mode until you add these 5 metabolism-boosting superfoods to your meals. Even more surprising – one of these foods is high in fat but actually helps BURN fat due to its unique nutrient profile.

  1. Coffee will still dump you energy-wise after an hour or two. Closing your eyes for 10 minutes can give you a better boost. Without the coffee slugs. Thank you for the great info. ❤

  2. ALONG THESE LINES – 2 GREAT RECIPES FOR EVERYONE FOR BREAKFAST! : Take an egg and scramble it in a cup (no milk added!) – A dab of butter in the pan and pour your egg in. When it's done, cut it in 4 pieces like a pie. Slice avocado & tomato – put it on toasted bread. and put the egg on top! This sandwich at breakfast will keep you full all day!

ONE MORE FOR THE ROAD: Slice an avocado in half (2 servings for you and your significan other!) – preheat the oven to 375. Put each half into a ceramic dish. Take a bit of the avocado meat out to make a big hole and put it on the side of the avocado. Crack an egg and keep the yolk intact and pour it into the hole. Add a dab of black pepper and sea salt to the egg. (It also helps to keep the egg in the avocado without slithering out.) Place in oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the egg whites begin to whiten. (At this point you can leave it in the oven until the egg is done to your own taste. If the whites are done, and you want the yolk runny, reach in and jiggle the dish to check the yolk consistency.) If you LIKE CHEESE: Pull your eggs out of the oven and place some thinly sliced cheddar on top and put back in for another 5 minutes or so until the egg is done to your specs. (This part is all trial and error depending how you like your eggs!) Take it out and dip your toast! Great meal also keeps you full through the day.

  3. Love Avocado, Black beans and eggs too. I kinda fell off the eating healthier wagon! Lol! Now I'm back on! Brussel Sprouts, with garlic or balsamic is delicious! I add black beans to my chili. Don't like coffee! too bitter!

  4. Don't know about moringa, but you just mentioned what I have for breakfast or lunch. 1 avocado, 2 hard boiled eggs, a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and a hamburger roll covered in seeds. 😋

  5. Love the Moringa coffee with collagen, MCT oil, and grassfed butter. Great meal replacement that does not spike your sugar. Can even drink it during a fast and won't mess up your goals ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

  6. Love your videos – share them with my 20 & 17 yr old girls. Share with my guy and gal friends. Question: Legumes Dr. Gundy says create tears in our gut lining and cause leaky gut UNLESS we take pre-pro-post biotics to help seal these tears etc….. What are your thoughts on this related to Legumes? I'm Lacto-Ovo and have burned out Graves and have just had my 1st Kidney stone surgery last October (already have another and must address) so going to a nutrionist in next few weeks for apt to figure out what I can/cannot eat related to thyroid and kidney (do not know what type stone I have had – wasn't told and will find out at upcoming apt). Appreciate your insight on Legumes. Love enthusiasm in your videos. 🙂 Keep them coming.
