    Metabolic syndrome, in large part, involves mental conditioning and the ability to handle stress.
    What he said is a reductionist approach with its limitations.

  3. Yeah but the bioavailability of l carnitine when taken orally is horrible. It helps to reduce what 1.2 pounds over 3 months something. When taken in high dosages, it can lead to cardiovascular issues as well

  5. I do inmit fasting however i OMAD till 5-6 pm or 7-8 sometimes. I am now doing walnuts with blueberries and greek yogurt around midnight because i fall asleep around 1am. The next time i have anything is around 10am and that is total beets and warm water. Then 30-60 min later I have half a lemmon with water a pinch of baking soda, powdered pomegranate, ginger, and cylon cinnamon. Add ground chia and hemp and flax and two teaspoons of raw honey. Then about a half hour after that i have coffee with half a teaspoon of grass fed butter and two tablespoons of MCT pure 8.
    Am i doing it wrong? Seems like i might be breaking the inmit fasting even though my first oroteen is at 6-7pm?
