✨About:
In this video, I’m sharing my 75 Soft results and how 2025 turned out to be a truly transformational year for me. I talk about my weight loss journey, where I lost 15 kg (33 lbs), the mistakes I made along the way, and the habits that actually helped me start taking better care of my body. This isn’t about perfection or following a challenge by the book; it’s about building a healthier relationship with fitness, food, and consistency. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, these 18 minutes are meant to help you start at your own pace. I’m just getting started, and I hope this video helps you feel like you can too!!💌
See you in my next video, until then take care!! 💖

This video was a full-on labor of love💝 about 54 hours from scripting to filming to editing, all done while learning everything on my own (rookie editor life 😅). You might be thinking “what in this video took THAT long?” but trying new editing techniques, scripting everything thoughtfully, and piecing it all together really adds up!!🤷♀️👀
I basically gave up my entire long weekend and edited day and night for 3 straight days… my social life didn’t make it, but this video did. Totally worth it though😍 I’m really proud of how it turned out.
If this video helped you, made you feel seen, or even just kept you company for a bit, show it some love, it truly means a lot!!🥹💌
Out of curiosity what made you click on this video? The title, thumbnail, or the topic itself? I’d genuinely love to know 💬

Omelet and plain rice is an emotion probably only millenials and generations before will understand 😅❤
I was 78 before before November 2025 and then I started working on my weight and now I'm 65.15. I'm still trying to get a little lower and then I'd settle down.
Talk about your workout routine!
Creative ❤
Anyone please summarize the whole video pointwise please… I'm poor to understand english quickly…
Take it easy, don't get obsessive over your weight, do the right thing consistently, intentionally make sure you are active throughout the day. Yesterday morning my scale was my friend to me showing 72.1kg. I did everything right 25min cross trainer 45min walk, eat healthy throughout the day but I sabotage my routine, ate Dosa and Vadai outside last night my weight spike 800g this morning. Lol. I have learnt unhealthy food at dinner time definitely spike the weight next day.
Girl, you have no idea how motivating this is. I've been 75kgs for a year and half now since my wedding, and my doctors have been tellinge to reduce all that. I'm 5'8" as well and my height literally hides the fact that I'm badly out of shape. Now I'm surprisingly at 79kgs, 4kgs up from 75 while all i did the past month was walk 11k steps every day? This increase in weight has devastated me beyond measure and i was so vexed that your videos came up today, like a few mins ago at 4.30 am and now I've got a new point of view on things. My tummy did reduce so much the past month in feb since i started walking everyday, so maybe i should take this weightgain in stride and not give up.
